Let’s work together to improve our water system and HOA.
I’ve lived in Mill Creek Estates for 7 years. I’ve watched my new plumbing fixtures clog with sediment and my water flow get slower and slower. I’ve watched the HOA disappear while still collecting an annual fee. Where does that go? To pay for an (illegal) LLC (I’ll get back to that later). I can’t see anything else. No one knows how to contact the Board. Most, if not all, of us never get a notice of a meeting or an invoice for the annual dues. I’d like to hear your thoughts and experiences here.
