Here in Mill Creek Estates, we have some serious issues preventing our neighborhood from being the home we want it to be. Our water system is way past retirement age and too small to serve our community properly.
Our Homeowner Association is missing in action and has been for several years while deed restrictions are not enforced. Let's use this site to join together and find solutions to this problems.

Water Company

Mill Creek Water Supply is forcing us to keep a 55+ water system that runs on inadequate and antiquated pipes. They have prevented us from joining the new Todd Mission water system and made worthless promises to bring our system up to speed. That’s not happening. We have no money to do that. 

The water company is operating behind closed doors and the president is signing contracts without a Registered Agent. The law says you have to have a Registered Agent to be able to sign contracts. Actually there is a Registered Agent but he died in 2018.

Homeowner Association

They collect our annual fee every year but that’s all they do. Actually from where I stand, they don’t even do that. I haven’t been billed in 3 years. I send a check every January. 

They do not enforce our deed restrictions. They never respond to anyone. But we pay for their LLC. Like the water company, the “Registered Agent” that is required for an LLC died in 2018. 

We have no need for them. Either we toss them and get a new and responsive Board or we ask Todd Mission to annex us. And did you know that Todd Mission has NO property tax? They get their funds from sales tax from RefFest.
